I’m shand salcedo a elderly caregiver from The philippines with 26 months paid working experience In dementia care, cancer patients , lupus and post operation care. Most of my work are in home setting. I choose to work with elderly because growing up my grandma and grandpa raised me while my mom is away working for us, since my grandparents are now gone i find it so easy to work with elderly people because of the bond i have with my grandparents.I’m willing to undergo trainings and video call interview to be shortlisted.
